When referring to “we” or “our” in this privacy policy, we just mean Aesthetic Wolf.
Personal data we collect
We collect and process only the information you give us yourself, for example by, but not limited to:
— Filling out a form on our website
— Creating an account on our shop
— Emailing or calling us
— Contacting us in any other way
Usually we will strictly ask for the necessary information such as your email address and name. For some forms or other means, more information is required.
How we use personal information
We use your information to either send info you requested, to process your order(s) or to send details about your purchase(s), subscription(s) or similar. To ensure we are able to communicate with you, we need this data. Since we aim to keep our customers very informed about their delivery and order status, you may receive both emails and SMS messages.
Please know we can also send you a customer satisfaction survey or more information about related products and service post-purchase. We might also send you marketing emails such as promotions and such, via the email you have provided us.

Furthermore, third parties may need, to an extent, access some of our information to ensure a secure and positive experience. Service providers processing personal data on Aesthetic Wolf’s behalf, for example to process credit cards and payments, shipping and deliveries, host, manage and service our data, distribute emails, research and analysis, manage brand and product promotions as well as administering certain services and features. When using service providers we enter into agreements that require them to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
Other third parties to the extent necessary to: (i) comply with a government request, a court order or applicable law; (ii) prevent illegal uses of our Platform or violations of our Platform’s Terms of Use and our policies; (iii) defend ourselves against third party claims; and (iv) assist in fraud prevention or investigation (e.g., counterfeiting).
Third-party targeted advertising providers that provide personalisation ad tailored advertising services to us. We use such services to match aggregated information that we hold with personal data in their database to create custom audiences and tailor advertising to your interests on the Internet, including social media, as permitted by applicable law. You may opt-out of personalised advertising and custom audiences by using the relevant settings in our Platform.

We only keep your information for as long as necessary.
Account on Aesthetic Wolf
If you’d like to purchase from our website, you can check out as a guest but also have the option to create an account. In order to create that account, we need the following information:
— First Name & Last Name
— Email Address: updates about your order, invoice, delivery etc. If there’s an issue with your order, we will always try to solve that for you via email.
— Address: necessary for delivery purposes.
During registration, you have the option to opt in to our newsletter, but are not obliged to do so.
To process payments, we use a secure payment environment. We personally never get to see the actual payment details or banking details.
You reserve the right to change the information we have about you in your online account. If you’d like to delete your account, contact us via email.
Data protection
We take all the necessary security measures which are required by law. This is how we avoid a breach of security leading to an accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data.

Your rights
To us, you’re a human being, just like we are.
However, for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you’re a data subject. Every data subject has the following rights. Part of it is irrelevant in your and our situation (such as numbers 6 and 7). We are required to tell you about all of these rights though, so that’s what we’ll do.
— Right to access: would you like to know which information we store about you? Let us know and we will show you.
— Right to rectification: do we have incorrect information about you? Do we have the wrong address or are we spelling your name wrong? You have the right to let us correct your information.
— Right to restrict processing: you don’t mind staying in our database, but you don’t want us to contact you? Let us know. We will update your contact preferences.
— Right to object processing: you want us to no longer use your data? We’ll still store it, but won’t use it no more. This right is similar to the one above, but there is an important difference. If you choose the previous one, we will no longer contact you, but we can still process your data (e.g., for analysis). If you choose this right, we can only store your data (and not use it).
— Right to be forgotten: would you like to be erased from our database? And not just limit the processing and contact options (rights 3 and 4)? Then you should claim right number 5, and we’ll erase you from our database.
— Right to object to automated processing: just so we’re clear: we don’t make use of any automated processing. But if we would, you’d have the right to ask us not to, or to ask us to discuss this with an employee.
— Right for data portability: you can ask us to give you the information we have about you (so you can share it with someone else). This information is what you’ve given us yourself (e.g., by filling out a contact form on our website).
